Black Pepper Beef Ball

Ingredients :

  • Teoswa beefball

  • Skewers

  • Oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Barbecue sauce

Tips:

Remember to flip the beefballs halfway through the cooking process. If they become too dry, you can brush them with a little more oil. If you like it spicy, you can add some chili sauce as a topping. Enjoy your grilled beefballs!

Steps :

  1. Make shallow cuts on the beefballs.

  2. Place the meatballs in a bowl and add oil, barbecue sauce & salt. Mix well to coat the beefballs with the sauce.

  3. Skewer the beefballs using the skewers.

  4. Sprinkle a suitable amount of black pepper on the beefballs.

  5. Place the skewered beefballs on a preheated grill or in the middle rack of an oven for approximately 10 minutes.

  6. Your delicious grilled beefballs are ready.
