Beefball Clay Pot with Satay Sauce Ingredients:

  • Beefballs

  • Mushrooms

  • Satay sauce

  • White radish

  • Ginger slices


Steps for Preparing


  1. Prepare the ingredients. Boil the white radish and ginger slice in a pot. While they are cooking, wash the other ingredients. Thaw the beefballs and cut them into half. Mix together the satay sauce, a little water, a few slices of chili pepper, light soy sauce, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.

  2. Reduce the heat to low and simmer until the white radish is cooked. Then, add the beefballs and continue to simmer.

  3. Once the beefballs are cooked, add the mushrooms and continue cooking until they are done.

  4. Turn off the heat and garnish with cilantro.

  5. Serve hot. The dish has a delightful satay flavor and pairs well with rice.
